snatchers!

i am doing some technical work for three zombie movies that are being filmed in quick succession: snatchers, snatchers 2 and snatchers 3. snatchers 2 prominently features a zombie with a light pink ponytail and a green scarf.
on a break, i head to a shoreland triple where a girl is living by herself. she has turned all the extra space into a dojo. we are sparring for a kickboxing tournament. she almost psyches me into believing she is better than me, but i become angry and defeat her. after a triple right hook to the left temple, she falls into a wall. i am worried that she may be seriously hurt, so i call some nurses that are standing by for this sort of thing. she recovers very quickly, though, and we become good friends.
i am in a tiered swimming pool (full of some sort of medication, probably watered-down nyquil) with nick watching snatchers, starring danny devito. it sucks, but critical response and box office have been terrific, so the studio plans to release 2 as soon as ticket sales for the original cool down.
later occam's performs a Family Room and i point out that it is ironic that i can make friends with people by beating the shit out of them but usually not through more generally accepted methods.

You can LIKE giraffes and rain, but you can't list them as your interest. That's like listing "socks" as your interest. "Golf" would be an interest. "Getting run over by a truck" would be listed as in her best interest, too.
